Wellbeing Hubs. Building a Sustainable Learning Environment for Youth in Local Communities – is an Erasmus+ funded cooperation partnership project launched in 2024. It addresses the urgent need to support young people in small, local, and rural communities, who are among the most vulnerable groups when facing social and economic challenges. The project’s main objective is to develop “Wellbeing Hubs” that serve as local learning environments, fostering resilience, wellbeing, and social inclusion of youth. By leveraging digital technologies and introducing innovative outreach and engagement measures, WELLME aims to empower young people, strengthen community ties, and create sustainable pathways for their active participation in society.
