Under the auspices of the GreenHost Project, titled “Vocational Excellence, Policy & Enterprise United for Hospitality Management Skills Adapted on Environmental Footprint Methods,” the Nicosia Tourism Board along with other 18 partners will play a crucial role in shaping the future of hospitality management with a focus on sustainability. The board will collaborate with a consortium of 19 partners from 7 countries, including Greece, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, Spain, Slovenia, and Portugal, to drive innovation and foster environmental responsibility in the hospitality sector.
In addition to its role as a partner, the Nicosia Tourism Board will take the lead as one of the work package’s leader, overseeing key aspects of the project’s implementation and ensuring its success. Leveraging its expertise and resources, the board is committed to advancing the project’s goals and objectives, which include promoting vocational excellence and establishing Centers of Vocational Excellence in partner countries.
