The Nicosia Tourism Board, as one of the main partners of the Food Zone<\/strong> project, is delighted to announce the successful completion of the initiative! \ud83c\udf89<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project concluded with a final transnational meeting on 18\u201319 March 2025<\/strong> in Boulogne-sur-Mer, France<\/strong>, hosted by Eurakom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After productive sessions at the Universit\u00e9 du Littoral C\u00f4te d’Opale, we spent a beautiful afternoon in Wimereux visiting a local artisan biscuit maker. \ud83c\udf6a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also toured the Cri\u00e9e and the logistical platform at the port of Boulogne, where we learned about daily fish market operations and seafood logistics. \ud83d\udc1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the group was introduced to the “Mr.Goodfish” initiative, promoting sustainable seafood consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This final gathering followed a previous important meeting held in Nicosia on 3 December 2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the past few years, our dedicated team has worked hard to support producers and food businesses, helping to integrate them into the tourism ecosystem across Spain, France, Slovenia, Portugal, Cyprus, and Montenegro<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
