Freyia Labs Ltd<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This collaboration embodies the core mission of the <strong>Food Zone Project<\/strong>\u2014to support <strong>regenerative food tourism<\/strong> across Europe, where food systems become a driver for ecological restoration, cultural preservation, and community engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf3f A Regenerative Culinary Journey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Freyia Labs, a Cyprus-based FoodTech company, specialises in probiotic, sustainable, and fermented foods. Through the incubator, they explored how fermentation can be more than a product\u2014it can be a <strong>tool for storytelling, education, and regeneration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From co-designing fermentation-based tourism experiences to embracing circular economy models, Freyia Labs developed concepts that reflect the deep interconnection between food, place, and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc4f Celebrating Local Innovation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We commend <strong>Freyia Labs founders, Vasilis and Greta<\/strong>, for their inspiring work throughout the incubator.
