Freyia Labs, a Cyprus-based FoodTech company, specialises in probiotic, sustainable, and fermented foods. Through the incubator, they explored how fermentation can be more than a product\u2014it can be a tool for storytelling, education, and regeneration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From co-designing fermentation-based tourism experiences to embracing circular economy models, Freyia Labs developed concepts that reflect the deep interconnection between food, place, and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
