Nine partners are participating in the second Thematic Workshop (Workshop B).
European Cult-CreaTE project in which the Tourism Development Company participates
and Promotion of the Nicosia Tourism Board as a partner. NTB invites the local
and national Mass Media to participate and contribute to the success
implementation of the Thematic Workshop that will take place on November 7, 2019
at the Leventis Gallery in Nicosia.
During the implementation of the project which is 54 months will be carried out
a total of 4 Thematic Workshops, through which the partners will contribute with the
exchange of experiences, knowledge, difficulties faced and ideas
them so that new proposals arise in the context of the project, which will
be taken into account not only during implementation but also after its completion.
The Nicosia Region Tourism Development and Promotion Company through the
Cult-Create project which attempts to empower “Creative Tourism”, o
which is considered a new version of cultural tourism involving tourists
but also the residents of each city in the creation of tourist products.
In the corporate scheme led by Vidzeme Tourism Association (Latvia), and partners n
Veneto Region (Italy), Cork City Council (Ireland), Chamber
of Trade and Industry of Pécs-Baranya (Hungary), the Tourism Society
Development and Promotion of Nicosia Region (Cyprus), Dundee City Council
(England), the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Region (Poland), the Municipality of Naoussa (Greece) and the
European Cultural Tourism Network (ECTN) (Belgium).
The project Cult-Create – Cultural and Creative Industries’ contribution to Cultural and
Creative Tourism in Europe takes place under the programme
of interregional cooperation INTERREG Europe and is co-financed by
European Regional Development Fund and from own resources.
