GreenHost (Vocational Excellence, Policy and Enterprise United for Hospitality Management Skills Adapted on Environmental Footprint Methods) is an Erasmus+ CoVe project involving 19 partners from 7 European countries. It aims to improve sustainable hospitality management by bringing together vocational training institutions, hospitality industry stakeholders, and experts to develop best-practice training, upgrade professional qualifications, and share tools for reducing environmental footprints. Key deliverables include tailor-made training programmes, an online repository of good practices, and assessment methods. GreenHost works to foster upward convergence of skills, equip students, trainers, and professionals for greener, more responsible tourism, and drive policy alignment with sustainability goals.
