DESTInE is a European initiative designed to empower rural women entrepreneurs of all ages and educational backgrounds by equipping them with the digital skills needed to succeed in tourism, hospitality, and the cultural and creative sectors. Through tailored training programmes, accessible digital toolkits, and an innovative Online Learning Platform with AI-driven features, the project helps women build competitive and sustainable businesses while bridging the digital divide. Activities include needs assessments, the co-creation and delivery of training, pilot testing the platform through a transnational workshop, and a final stakeholder conference to ensure long-term impact. Expected results include comprehensive digital training, mentoring and workshops for over 100 women, cross-border collaboration, and the promotion of inclusive growth and innovation in rural communities.
