From there, the two teams embarked on a creative challenge: to design a pizza dedicated to Nicosia. After experimenting with flavors, replacing traditional Italian ingredients like mozzarella and salami with authentic Cypriot products, a new recipe was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The result? The <strong>Autentica Nicosia<\/strong> \u2013 a pizza with bold character and authentic taste, encapsulating the very essence of Cypriot gastronomy and the spirit of the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">More than just a pizza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Autentica Nicosia<\/strong> is more than a new menu item.
